50% Deposit to Start

Once the proposal is approved, a 50% deposit secures your project slot and kicks off the work.

50% on Completion

Final payment is due before the site goes live. For larger projects, milestone-based payments can be arranged.

Revision Policy

In-scope changes to delivered work — colour, font, spacing, layout tweaks, copy edits to text already provided, and minor functional adjustments within the approved design.
New pages, new features or integrations, full redesigns of approved sections, or new content supplied after development begins. These are quoted separately before work starts.
I deliver a build, you send consolidated feedback in one email — that's one round. I implement everything and re-deliver. Extra rounds beyond what's included can be added if you need them.

No. I write every site from scratch in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No page builders, no bloat, no theme lock-in.
Essential sites typically take 1–2 weeks. Business sites take 3–5 weeks. Premium builds take 5–8 weeks. Timeline depends on how quickly feedback is provided.

Yes. You own the code, the content, and the final files. Your domain and hosting stay registered in your name on your accounts. I only get access while I'm working on the project. No platform lock-in, no hostage logins.
Your site is written from scratch in code, not a page builder. To keep performance and consistency tight, I handle the updates myself. Request changes anytime, or pick up a monthly care plan if you'd rather have ongoing support without thinking about it.
Yes. Clean semantic HTML, fast load times, proper meta tags, alt text, and accessible structure go into every build. That's the foundation Google needs to index and rank your pages. Ongoing content and keyword work is a separate conversation.
Every build includes a short post-launch window where I fix anything broken in work I delivered. Beyond that, you're not on your own. Reach out anytime something needs a look and I'll sort it out.
